Hatomugi-cha is a traditional Japanese drink made from roasted Job’s Tears, also called Coix Seed or Adlay. It has a naturally mild and nutty flavor, making it a popular choice in Japanese cuisine. It’s caffeine-free and calorie-free, perfect for drinking at any time of the day.
12 bags/package, 3 grams per bag. One plastic-free tea bag is enough for several cups. We usually let it steep in a saucepan, which is enough for about 3-4 cups, depending on how strong you want it. If you only want to brew one cup at a time, that’s fine too and will be enough for a couple of cups.
