Birch bark extract 1000 ml – Holistics

Birch ash extract is a high pH supplement obtained by boiling 2 tablespoons of birch ash per liter of water. The ash comes from birch trees grown in mineral-rich soils in northern Finland.
Warning. Do not drink the extract undiluted. It is corrosive in concentrated form (pH=12). Take care of eyes, skin and clothing.
The recommended dose is 15 ml (66 servings per bottle).
Suggested dosage: 1-2 tbsp in at least 2 dl of water 2-3 times a day, or as recommended. Drink at least half an hour before meals or two hours after meals. Shake the bottle before using it.
