The small squid, chipirones, are a classic Spanish delicacy, here in olive oil. The producer Yurrita is located right on the Bay of Biscay and they buy fresh seafood daily from the local fishermen in the harbor, after which the fresh catch is processed by hand in the factory.

A luxurious delicacy, which is also very nutritious. Something to treat yourself to. It also favors European, small-scale and traditional production. Far from the mass production of the international corporations.
