Fish liver oil is one of the richest sources of pure vitamin A. It is in bioidentical form and therefore has a very high absorption compared to vitamin A from plants (beta-carotene) which must be converted in the body to be utilized. Each capsule contains 10000 IU / 3 mg of natural vitamin A together with 10 mcg of natural vitamin D.

Vitamin A 10 000 IU / 3 mg
Vitamin D 400 IU / 10 mcg
