B12 Holistic Health 500 μg 90 capsules

Vitamin B12 capsules with biologically active B12, methylcobalamin, which does not need to be converted in the body.

1 capsule provides 500 μg (micrograms). We consider this to be a medium dose.

If you have thyroid, detoxification, cardiovascular or hormone problems, this is recommended. Or if you are vegetarian.
