It can withstand high temperatures (up to 250°C) for frying.
Avocado oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and about 70% of the oil consists of oleic acid – a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid. This, combined with its rich polyphenol content, makes it more suitable for cooking than other seed oils. You can also use it as part of your skincare routine, it is emollient and helps to moisturize and protect the skin. It can be used directly on the skin, preferably on dry skin or rashes.
