Shipping and deliveries

We ship goods from our warehouse in central Stockholm every day.
Aronia juice is heavy to ship and requires special packaging, but we will arrange that. Keep that in mind when you pick up your delivery though, it can be heavy packages. Depending on where you live, delivery usually takes 2-3 days.

We ship with DHL to agents. DHL will choose a representative near you based on your address.
It says Aroniabutiken / Storex AB on the notification from DHL.

What is the shipping cost?
Sweden over 500 kr – free
Sweden under 500 kr – 59 kr
Scandinavia and the Baltics – 89 kr
EU – 150 kr
Rest of the world – 300 kr

This means you can always buy a 12-pack of aronia juice, our bestseller, free of charge.

We can ship everywhere. If you live in Norway or outside the EU, you may have to pay customs duties.

Pay

You can pay with:
1) Card, via Stripe.
2) Invoice via Stripe and Klarna.
3) Swish.

Payments are handled by Stripe, the world’s largest e-commerce payment system.
We do not handle any card details. Nor do we store any data or resell any data.

If there’s a product you’d like to have but you can’t find it with us (maybe not on any other webshop either), let us know, we can try to find it.

Prices

Is in SEK. VAT 12% on health food. 25% on other items.

“What you see is what you get”. What you see on the webshop is exactly what you get. Of course it is. Expiry dates should be acceptable, at least six months.

Change of mind – free returns

You can return an item if you have changed your mind for any reason within 14 days. It must be unopened / unused of course.
Should we have sent the wrong item or made a mistake, we will of course correct it.
Once we have received the item back, we will send the money back to you as soon as we can.

If you want to return something – contact us first! We’ll send you a return slip and we’ll pay the shipping.
