Holistic Ultrabalans is an herbal blend for the gut that we recommend to use together with Holistic Ultradetox (or psyllium seed husk alone). We have a lot of experience in recommending this diet to people who want to do an advanced but simple detox! Perhaps the easiest and most cost-effective detox? At least we think so. You can do it your own way, using these and living as usual (possibly with a slightly stricter diet) or you can do a more ambitious cleanse with part of it during fasting (strict fasting or juice fasting, up to you). Holistic Ultrabalans contains a blend of herbs that have traditionally been used to promote beneficial gut health, immune function and cleansing. Some of the ingredients, such as black walnut, pao d’arco, olive leaf and grapefruit seed extract, have long been traditionally used for their detoxifying and cleansing properties. Grapefruit contributes to microbial balance in the body’s organs and tissues and olive leaf supports intestinal function/environment.

Ultrabalans is preferably taken together with Holistic Ultradetox powder or Holistic Psyllium seed husk which contains soluble dietary fiber. When doing a detox or cleansing process, it is important to support the elimination of waste products through the gut. Psyllium seed husks can act as a “brush” along the intestinal wall and can help carry away waste and toxins through the stool.

Dosage: 1 capsule 2 times per day for 36 weeks.
