Our shelled hemp seeds can be used in many ways – as a crunchy ingredient in salads, sprinkled over yogurt or used in smoothies as a protein supplement. They are high in fiber.

Premium means the finest variety, selected to be the highest grade, grown and peeled in a gentle way to preserve their natural taste and texture. It is grown in the Baltic States from the Finola variety, which is suitable for cultivation in Northern Europe. Hemp is rich in protein and high in polyunsaturated fatty acids. The Finola variety is virtually free of THC.
