Ventresca is considered the most delicious part of the tuna. It is cut from the belly and is slightly fatter in taste, darker in color and has a complex and intense flavor that is suitable for pasta sauce and vitello tonnato, but can also be enjoyed as it is on a piece of toast for example. It also goes perfectly with a nice salad. The tuna is in thin slices in the jar and is easy to take out for a nice arrangement.
