Bonito tuna fished with rod and line in the Atlantic Ocean off the Azores and processed according to noble artisan traditions and packed in BPA-free cans. The best tuna in the best organic olive oil from Portugal, which with its light citric acidity and fresh taste brings out the many flavor nuances of the delicious tuna.
