Tawashi / “Michiko patch” for eco dishes and cleaning

Wash and clean more economically and gently with our Japanese dishcloth.

Michiko sponge is a hand-knitted small “castle” for washing and cleaning fine porcelain, glass, crystal and more, and for cleaning e.g. in bathrooms.
It can be used for many things and means that you do not need detergent. We at Aroniabutiken use them for “fine washing” and cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms.
Fantastic for glass of, for example, crystal, as you do not want to run them in a dishwasher and at the same time it is difficult to remove deposits and fingerprints.

Excellent for the bathroom – sink and tiles will be clean and nice. The kitchen sink and other places in the kitchen too, easy to wipe.
Why not the chandelier? Or for those of you with a boat, caravan or camping – just wipe with a damp Michiko Sponge.

Our sponge is hand knitted for us in Japan with love, from a special acrylic yarn.
In Japan these are called tawashi, they are popular because they can be used for so many things, last a long time and eliminate the need for dish soap.

They are made in different colors. When you order, you will receive a randomly selected variant! Each one is different because they are handmade.
They measure between 8-10 cm.

Use it only with lukewarm water. No detergent is needed. Leaves no scratches on delicate materials.
You can rinse it in detergent from time to time.
