Pureness Smart Multi is an updated version of the standard multivitamin. We at Aroniabutiken don’t really think much of multivitamins, most of them on the market are frankly rubbish and they are questionably formulated. But Pureness’ new “multi” is different, it contains really good substances in sensible doses. It’s also free of iron and selenium, which are substances that are better taken separately if you need them, as the need varies so much from person to person.
It’s not a mineral supplement, so it doesn’t contain magnesium and calcium, for example, which we also think are better taken separately.

G The round-up includes abundant amounts of vitamins C, D and E, iodine, K2, zinc (10 mg/capsule), manganese, chromium and molybdenum, along with other essential vitamins and trace elements. In addition, Smart Multi contains all eight B vitamins, including B2, B6, B9 and B12, the most important for methylation, in their active forms. Also contains Q10 (20 mg/capsule), lutein and zeaxanthin.

Recommended dose/day 1 capsule.

Smart Multi does not contain copper, iron and selenium, as they are best used when needed.
