Propolis is made by bees. It is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and mildly analgesic.

We at Aroniabutiken always have propolis at home. Use it when it feels like a cold is coming on. But the uses are many. It has been used since ancient times! As far back as the time of Hippocrates, propolis was praised as the building material with which the bee seals the entrances to the bee community and protects it from viruses, bacteria and fungi. The bee makes it from the juices of tree bark and resin.

Propolis also naturally contains vitamins K, A, B1, B2, B3, biotin, iron, zinc, cobalt, phosphorus, manganese, copper and plenty of bioflavonoids.
