Propolis is made by bees. It is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and mildly analgesic.

Propolis has been used since ancient times! As far back as the time of Hippocrates, propolis was praised as the building material with which the bee seals the entrances to the bee colony and protects it from viruses, bacteria and fungi. The bee makes it from the juices of tree bark and resin.

Propolis also naturally contains vitamins K, A, B1, B2, B3, biotin, iron, zinc, cobalt, phosphorus, manganese, copper and plenty of bioflavonoids.

We at Aroniabutiken always have propolis at home. It is a phenomenal preparation with many uses. Perhaps the best, we think, is when you feel that you are getting sick, then you take 3-4 capsules of this. Usually able to fight the cold in the gate.
