Probioplex 150 capsules
Good stomach bacteria in a capsule.
Probioplex® is a well-proven product that has been on the market for 20 years. One capsule is equivalent to the amount of lactic acid bacteria in two liters of yogurt.
Contains live lactic acid bacteria from five different strains, including lactobacilli and bifidobacteria.
Whole Health says that microencapsulation guarantees that the bacteria in the capsule are alive and that after two years there are still at least 2 billion live bacteria. Microencapsulation also means that the jar can be stored at room temperature and easily taken with you when traveling.
A healthy bacterial flora in the gut is so incredibly important! The immune system is extremely dependent on this, so if someone asks us “what can I do to strengthen my immune system?” we’ll say two main things: aronia and probiotics. There are other things too, but these are probably the two most effective.
Our intestinal system is actually designed to provide us with lactic acid bacteria and other microbes on a daily basis, but due to today’s diet, stress, chemicals, antibiotics and industrially produced food, this has decreased. Today, our intestines often have a lack of good bacteria, called dysbiosis.
