Japanese tea macha / matcha 30 gr

Macha, also sometimes spelled matcha or maccha, is powdered green tea, traditionally used in tea ceremony.
Much greener in color than our other teas (sencha). Tastes more. Strength can be adjusted by using more or less powder.

Green tea is mildly refreshing. We at Aroniabutiken drink it instead of coffee. The stimulating effect is milder. Green tea is also considered to have the ability to make us calm and harmonious, as the substance L-theanine makes us alert but relaxed. This tea is brewed with water that is not boiling hot, let it cool down a bit, about 75-80 degrees is fine.
Normally you whisk it with a fine bamboo whisk. You can use a small whisk of any type, or for example a milk frother.
Can also be used in cooking, pastries, ice cream, cakes and smoothies.
