Japanese herb tea of gobo, sachets
Decaffeinated, traditional Japanese herbal tea with a deep and slightly earthy flavor. Dare to try our Japanese decaffeinated teas, we think they are amazing!
Gobo translates to burdock root in English. We don’t know what it’s called in Swedish..
In any case, it is a traditional ingredient in Japanese cuisine. A root used in various ways, often dried and grated. It is rich in polyphenols and minerals. Below you can see a picture of the gobo.
The tea is made from 100% roasted gobo. With its deep, earthy and roasted flavor, it’s a great choice for those who appreciate natural teas. If you don’t like the usual western herbal teas with chamomile, fennel, licorice, etc., gobo tea is also perfect, because it’s completely different. It’s caffeine-free and calorie-free. Great with meals or in the evening.
1,2 gr x 12 servings per pack. One plastic-free tea bag is enough for several cups. We usually let it steep in a saucepan, which is enough for about 3 cups, depending on how strong you want it. If you only want to brew one cup at a time, that’s fine too and will last for a couple of cups.
Content: Roasted burdock root. All made in Japan, no China junk with cheats and toxins.
