Holistic Health Iron Juice 500 ml

Helhetshälsa Iron Juice is a liquid iron supplement flavored with herbs and berries. It contains bivalent iron that is highly bioavailable, yet gentle on the stomach.

We like Helhetshälsas iron products, both this and the capsule variant. They are very gentle on the stomach and quickly raise the iron value. We think they are the best iron supplements on the market. We have received positive feedback from customers who have not been able to use the iron tablets prescribed by doctors or other variants from the health food store, but they have gotten good results from this one, without side effects such as hard stomach.

In addition to iron, Iron Juice also contains vitamin C and B vitamins which have a synergistic effect on blood formation. The supplement is made on a base of lingonberry and blackcurrant drink from concentrate and also contains nettle extract, rosehip extract, chamomile and field horsetail.

Iron juice contains folic acid which contributes to tissue growth in pregnant women. Iron, vitamin C, folic acid, riboflavin, B6 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Iron juice contains thiamine which contributes to normal energy metabolism. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Riboflavin B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation. Iron, folic acid, B6, B12 and vitamin C contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Use:
Adults: 10 ml (2 tsp) daily. Children from 3 years: 5 ml (1 tsp) daily. People with special needs (e.g. blood donors and pregnant women) may take a higher dose as recommended by their doctor.
Shake! Keep opened bottle in the refrigerator and use within 2 months.
