Comes from early summer fruit and berry blossoms.
The taste is light, fresh, floral. The sweetness is slightly less than the other varieties. The consistency is slightly lighter without being liquid.

We have three different types of honey from Grönalunds Bigårdar – Försommar, Sommar and Sensommar. They differ slightly in consistency and taste.

An artisanal honey of exceptional quality. Unpasteurized. We buy directly from the beekeeper.
