Swedish honey from Hästveda in Skåne. Raw and untreated.

Comes from the summer meadow and forest.
The taste is more mature florality, more powerful, intense flavor, like a classic honey. Well balanced and full-bodied. A little more sweetness than early summer. Slightly firmer texture than early summer but still soft.

We have three different types of honey from Grönalunds Bigårdar – Försommar, Sommar and Sensommar. They differ slightly in consistency and taste.
A craft honey of exceptional quality. Unpasteurized. We buy directly from the beekeeper.
