Blueberry powder 125 gr, Nordic blueberries, organic, rawfood
The powder is made from freeze-dried blueberries picked in Finland. Freeze-drying involves not heating the berries but freezing them to remove all the liquid, after which the berries are gently ground into this powder.
Blueberries are both tasty and healthy. It has been used since ancient times as a natural medicine. High in polyphenols and nutrition. Highly fibrous powder, rather coarsely ground.
Use in muesli, porridge, file, smoothies, baking or whatever you like!
