Pure bicarbonate. Can be drunk or used in other ways, e.g. cleaning.
Can also be used as baking soda.
For health, it is traditionally used for pH value, for general well-being and in contexts that we dare not mention here (e.g. the six-letter ailment that begins with the third letter of the alphabet).

Recommended daily dose: 0.5-2 teaspoons. Mix in water. NB do not take with meals.
