Aronia vinegar – produced by fermentation of our Bulgarian aronia juice.
The vinegar also has a natural content of bioflavonoids together with natural vitamins. High extract content and low acidity. Unfiltered.
It is a mild and soft vinegar, a little kinder in the acid than, for example, apple cider vinegar.
Use in salads, vinaigrettes and other cooking or drinking (possibly diluted with water or juice) to aid digestion, help with weight loss and a better blood sugar balance. For example, you can take a ‘shot’ after or before meals. Vinegar is also indispensable in the kitchen, used in stews, sauces, etc.
You use this just like a regular apple cider vinegar – with the bonus that you get polyphenols and beneficial substances that only aronia has.
Of course, no additives, dyes, preservatives e t c. Unpasteurized.
The bottle has a screw cap and is easy to open and close.
