They are quite hard in texture, not as soft as raisins, for example. But if they are left to soak, they become softer.

As with all our aronia products, this one is grown in the Bulgarian countryside, on land that has never been sprayed and never fertilized. The warm Mediterranean climate gives the berries a better taste and higher concentration of nutrients. This is the finest aronia you can get.
