We see Ache Action as a kind of natural painkiller with anti-inflammatory ingredients. Willow bark is an ancient natural medicine used for aches and pains and for joints. It also contains ginger and boswellia, two interesting and well-proven anti-inflammatory natural substances. We think it is a good and well thought out formula.
