We see Ache Action as a kind of natural painkiller with anti-inflammatory ingredients. Willow bark is an ancient natural medicine used for aches and pains and for joints. It also contains ginger and boswellia, two interesting and well-proven anti-inflammatory natural substances. We think it is a good and well thought out formula. Interesting for perhaps mainly the joints, as willow bark and boswellia (and ginger) are known to have a positive effect on the joints.
The manufacturer also states that it is “designed to promote the body’s healthy response to normal physiological stress” and that “it helps maintain a balanced function of the immune system”.
Each pack contains 120 capsules, giving a total of 60 doses at the recommended daily dosage. The product should be taken in the dosage of two capsules twice daily, preferably with food.
