Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Check that all information is correct.

3. prices and payment

4. Delivery and shipping

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. You can see our shipping rates here.

5 Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unopened and unused. Contact us before returning the item and we will send you a return slip and pay for the shipping. You can read more here: returns.

Damaged packages

If you discover that your parcel is damaged when you collect it – ask the agent to make a note of the damage before delivery. This way, it will be recorded in the system and we can make a claim.

Uncollected parcels

The parcel remains with the agent for 7 days and is then returned. It is important that you collect it in time. If it is returned and you want it sent out again, we must charge you for this shipping as well. We pay for the return shipping, but we need to charge you a fee of SEK 79 if you want us to resend the package. Alternatively, you can choose to decline the shipment, we will then refund your order minus the cost of return shipping and handling. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance Purchase Act, as the package has never been collected.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the fault.
